Metodo Classico Spumante Brut
Classic Method (the Italian equivalent of the French Méthode Champenoise) was born in Italy towards the end of the 1700, when the phenomenon of re-fermentation began to be studied. Considered one of the most important systems for the production of elegant, complex and fine sparkling wines, it consists in favoring the second fermentation of wine inside the bottle, a process called “re-fermentation in bottle”.
