At the fifth edition of the renowned Asia Pacific Travel Retail Awards 2025, organized by TRBusiness in collaboration with partner m1nd-set, and in this case the buying habits of Asia Pacific travelers are put in the spotlight.
This proves to be highly informative for both buyers and suppliers, who can thus understand the preferences of the current market.
The contest was created to praise the energy and innovation reflected in the product, many of which are thoughtfully tailored to the Asia/Pacific region. Award-winning products have succeeded in satisfying buyers whose changing buying behaviors influence market trends.
The Asia-Pacific area is among the most significant for the travel retail channel, especially with the rise of India, South Korea, and China, and it is therefore important to reward the companies who have done an excellent job in meeting the needs of the consumers in this part of the world.
The award-winning product is Limoncino Bottega, a lemon liqueur made with an infusion of peels of the Femminello cultivar, which is grown naturally and without treatment. It is then harvested at peak ripeness, washed and peeled by hand. Then the lemon peels are steeped in alcohol for about 30 days, during which time the aromatic and coloring substances are extracted.
Next, the liquid is separated from the peels. Finally, sugar and grappa are added; this is the touch that makes Limoncino Bottega unique and unmistakable.
