  • Mozzarella 250 g
  • Tomatoes 150 g
  • Fresh basil
  • Olive Oil


Cut the mozzarella in 4 wedges; avoid squeezing the cheese when cutting.
We recommend to serve the mozzarella with tomato confit and a sprig of fresh basil. Guarnish with olive oil.
