Ingredients:

• 5 cl Bottega Rosolio
• 5 cl In Vino dei Poeti Prosecco Rosé
• 5 cl tonic water
• Thyme sprig
• Ice cubes

Preparation:
Fill a long-stemmed wine glass with the ice cubes. Pour all ingredients and stir well. Garnish with a thyme sprig.
