Mojito Moscato

Ingredients:

  • 95 ml Rum
  • 50 ml lime juice
  • 15 ml sugar syrup
  • 3 Angostura drops
  • 12 mint leaves
  • Bottega Petalo Moscato sparkling wine to fill

Preparation:

Muddle the sprig of mint with sugar and lime juice in a tumbler. Fill with crushed ice, rum and Angostura. Top up with Bottega Petalo Moscato sparkling wine. Stir well before serving.
