Ingredients:

• 65 ml strawberry juice
• 65 ml Il Bino dei Poeti Prosecco DOC brut
• Ice cubes

Chill a flute, pour the ingredients into a large cocktail glass, with ice cubes and stir well for about 10 seconds. Strain into the chilled flute. Garnish with half strawberry.
