LEMON CAKE

Our  Lemon  Cake  is made  with Limoncino Bottega.  It  is a tasty, fragranced  and light cake produced for  us  by  the  “Il Giraforno”, a company known for the quality of their process able to combine the enhancement of the traditions with innovations, keeping intact the high nutritional and culinary value of the products.

It is completely genuine  and  produced  with  natural rising  agents,  with  no  preservatives, no hydrogenated  fats and no palm oil but using  only highly  selected  ingredients  such  as: flour, fresh eggs, sugar, sunflower oil, Limoncino Bottega and candied lemon peel. It is an artisan product cooked using traditional wood stoves.
