Valgatara winery in Valpolicella is now operative

Valgatara winery in Valpolicella is now operative, with tanks and barrels positioned and filled. Also the “fruttaio” has been set up with the traditional wooden “arele” for the grapes drying process that will lead us to the production of our Amarone. It has been a demanding and very beautiful path in which we firmly believed because we feel part of the amazing Valpolicella area.
