The product that won the Onboard Hospitality Awards 2025 is the first Prosecco from the exclusive Premium Vintage Collection, a project that was created with the aim of elevating the image of Prosecco, producing high-quality sparkling wines by extending fermentation times to produce wines with a more complex character.

Bottega Gold Cru is a Prosecco Extra Brut vtg. 2023, with a dry taste, produced using innovative techniques such as horizontal autoclaves.
Its grapes come from a single vocated vineyard in the hilly area of Treviso Province, Veneto.

The entire production process of this wine takes a full 4 months during which our wine acquires body, structure and aromaticity.

The Bottega Gold Cru bottle is characterised by its unmistakable mirrored finish and glitter capsule.
