21 September 2021 Our company participated at Cheese, an event organized by Slow Food.
This is the most important international event dedicated to raw milk cheeses. was held in Bra (CN), at the Casa delle Biodiversità (Biodiversity House) from 17 to 20 September 2021. Monica Lisetto, Company Image Manager and Elena Schipani, Corporate Sommelier, attended the event and presented the company and our products. The Bottega Prosecco DOC Bio was present at the tasting and it was paired with Storico Ribelle, Furmacc del Fen and Mascherpa cheeses.
