Finland – Bottega Gold Cooking Night2 December 2019
On 2nd December 2019 the Bottega Gold Cooking Night was held at the Kokkikoulu Espa cooking school in Helsinki. During the evening, organized by our Finnish importer Beverage Partners Finland OY, chef Niall Larjala presented and demonstrated the preparation of an Italian menu revisited in a Finnish key.
The dishes were paired with our Bottega Gold Prosecco DOC, Bottega Rose Gold, Ripasso della Valpolicella and Crema di Pistacchio.
The evening was attended by 16 Finnish influencers and bloggers who tried their hand at preparing the menu, accompanying the preparation and the subsequent dinner with Bottega wines.
