On November 24, 2020, the book “I 100 piatti del Prosecco” by Sandro Bottega was published. The book, published by Mondadori, is a journey through the hills of Prosecco, Unesco heritage, where tradition, research and authenticity are mixed in the sign of taste. It is a collection of recipes, from aperitifs to desserts, accompanied by many stories and curiosities. The culinary tradition of this territory has been able to combine what nature spontaneously offers with the products of agriculture and breeding, giving life to a creative cuisine made of combinations and contamination of flavors and fragrances and new ways of cooking, always in the name of simplicity and authenticity. Proud of the food and wine, the landscape, the technology and the artistic heritage of his land, Sandro Bottega wanted to pay homage to the straightforward and hardworking people who live there and who have created and preserve its culture.
