
Bottega and Avolta support the “Healthy Gourmet” project in Dubai and Abu Dhabi

In this context, Bottega and Avolta support the “Healthy Gourmet” project, promoting healthy and mindful eating as a tool for prevention.
On February 4th, 2026, on the occasion of World Cancer Day, the Bottega Prosecco Bars at Dubai and Abu Dhabi International Airports will introduce a dish inspired by the book “La salute si fa gourmet” by Alberto Bombardella and Fabiana Ojan.
Part of the proceeds will be donated to the Al Jalila Foundation, supporting medical research and health education programs.
