Vermouth
Vermouth is an aromatized wine with a very ancient tradition. Its name comes from a French adaptation of “Wermut”, German word for Artemisia Absinthium, its main flavoring ingredient.
Careful research by historian Andrea Peressini has shown that Vermouth dates back to the illustrious period of the Serenissima Republic.
